The uLab System is our in-house, clear aligner we offer to patients who have minor tooth alignment, crowding or spacing problems. This treatment can most often be completed in 3-6 months. Due to the shorter treatment time and the fact they these aligners are made in-house, we are able to offer more competitive fees.
Our office strives to cater to the specific desires of each individual patient. We realize that some patients would rather not spend up to 2 years in braces or clear aligner therapy. However they would like for their smile to be improved. We offer 3 different levels of treatment as described below.

Other Treatments we offer: traditional braces, Invisalign®, and Spark®
Our practice offers several different types of appliances, depending on the type of treatment needed and the desires of the patient. These include traditional fixed orthodontics appliances made of metal or ceramic. With a fixed appliance system, orthodontic wires are inserted into the orthodontic brackets and auxiliaries such as elastics and power chains are used to facilitate tooth movement. Dr. Hughes also uses maxillary expanders as well as Herbst and Carriere appliances to correct skeletal discrepancies in jaw relationships of growing patients. Our office is also an Invisalign® and Spark provider. These are 2 types of clear aligner systems which straighten the teeth through a series of clear aligners made specifically for each individual patient.
